Michael or “Mike” isn’t your ordinary dog. He’s a staple at The Wine Vault, and when he visits he enjoys greeting visitors with a gruff bark and a snort.  Although he cannot drink wine, Mike seems to have a nose for good grapes. Mike loves to greet everyone, but takes particular delight in playing with children. Easygoing, he is agreeable to being dressed up for holidays and events. His favorite outfit is his grapes outfit.

If you are an oenophile with highly cultivated taste buds, however, and are used to discerning subtle nuances among grape-producing regions, then you’re more than welcome to browse our collection and discover something new. If a newbie or two should happen by, though, don’t scare them away. Share your enthusiasm and love of wine and make a suggestion.

Besides, sometimes, the best advice is to follow your instincts. If you don’t like Pinot Noir after years of experimenting, then don’t get it, even though every “expert” says it goes well with filet mignon. Try new things, but remember that you are the final authority on what you enjoy. We’re here to help enrich your discovery of tastes, so enjoy the ride, but follow your heart.
